“Well That is Life:” Disney Fans Defend “Entitled” Vloggers Who Cut Ahead of Toddler

disney adults defend vloggers

Walt Disney always said that the Disney Parks were for everybody; be that the Walt Disney World Resort (pick any iconic Theme Park at the Disney Resort like Magic Kingdom Park or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park) or the Disneyland Resort (with its two wonderful Parks, Disneyland Park, and Disney California Adventure). Even rare footage has surfaced where the iconic founder of the Walt Disney Company comes to the defense of Disney adults. But some Disney adults didn’t seem to pass the vibe check recently. In a video that has since gone viral, a mom shared a video of her toddler who is “barely two” being cut in line for the attraction Luigi’s Rockin’ Roadsters at Cars Land, Disney California Adventure Park in Disneyland Resort by “rude” and “entitled” Disney vloggers; but many Disney adults seemed to side with, and defend, the vloggers rather than the child.

A now-viral video from TikTok user @itschesska shows her two-year-old, Elijah running around Luigi’s Rockin’ Roadsters in Cars Land, wanting to get to a particular red car for his turn, and sharing that out loud. But by the time he arrives, two other young women race him to the car and get ahead of him despite being behind Elijah and @itschesska while waiting in the queue. She clarified in the comments that while it appears like she and Elijah got to the red car first and didn’t get in, that was because the women raced them to it and got in before the toddler could.

@itschesska shared the video on social media with the caption, “Why are people like this? So rude,” adding, “I guess anything for ‘content.'”

While this behavior is certainly not becoming of Guests at a Disney Park on its own, what’s even more surprising was that a large majority of the comments from viewers were telling the mother the two-year-old learned a valuable lesson and “that’s life.”

One user commented, “They were not in it until after you guys came back it’s not their fault lol good opportunity to teach that can’t get everything you want in life,”  to which the OP responded, “Lol she was on the other side already sitting down and didn’t record it. Ma’am were you even there 😅.”

Some others said the two-year-old should have done better, “bro should’ve made up his mind when he got there instead of dilly dallying everywhere.”

But while many Disney adults were insistent that the toddler needed to learn this life lesson and seemed to defend the vloggers, some Cast Members—including a few who actively work at that particular attraction—spoke out for little Elijah.

Jose Roman shared, “I work there also, Ask for Jose and the red car will be reserved for Elijah!!”

Another Cast Member who was in the video commented, “Bestie I am the cast member in this video I wish you told me I would have loved to make magic for you & the little one & have you guys ride again 😭.”
