Six Ravens Is the Disney Opening Everyone Has Been Waiting For
Gideon's Bakehouse spent years building one of the most talked-about destination dining experiences in Orlando. Its cookies, cold brew, and theatrical atmosphere created an expectation game where the wait became part of the draw. Now the team is opening Six Ravens, a savory concept next door that applies the same instincts to actual meals.
The menu centers on Coffyns, sandwich fillings sealed inside house-made yeast rolls, all priced at $10.99. The seven options span The Peasant's Patty (cheeseburger with American cheese and dill pickle), The Villain of Valentina (basil-pesto chicken, balsamic tomatoes, garlic), The Wizard's Wonder (mac and cheese, pulled pork, pickled poblano peppers, barbecue-seasoned crumbs), The Imperial Idol (coconut-curry chicken, potato, carrot), The Moreish Monk (grilled cheese with Vermont white cheddar, Havarti, tomato jam), The Forager's Find (sweet potatoes, black bean-corn salsa, pepitas, Cotija cheese), and The Rooster's Roar, a breakfast Coffyn with bacon, egg, and cheese starting at 9 a.m.
The $10.99 price works for a single item. Building a real meal with the Tale Teller Tatties smashed potatoes at $8.66 and a beverage lands the total between $23 and $29.
