Something special happens when worlds collide in our favorite series, and characters make cameos at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Disney Parks fans rejoiced when ABC’s hit comedy show “Home Economics” rolled out its third season with the Haymakers headed to Disneyland, and audiences got to lean into the Disney nostalgia alongside the characters.
In honor of National Streaming Day on May 18, Disney fans who appreciate a good binge session featuring Disney-themed episodes of household shows like Black-ish and The Goldbergs are in for a treat. Disney announced exclusive offers for streamers to subscribe to Hulu (with ads) for just $2/month for three months.

When Does the Offer End?
The Hulu and Disney+ packages are available starting now (May 18) and will be offered through May 27. That means for just a few dollars, you can snag a spot on the couch and binge shows like “Abbott Elementary,” “How I Met Your Father,” and “The Great.” Aside from the Disney-featured series, Hulu streamers can jump on the Kardashians train or upgrade to the Disney+ package for prime Mandalorian viewing.
This promotion comes on the heels of plenty of Disney+ buzz, with millions of subscribers lost in 2023. Disney CEO Bob Iger and CFO Christine McCarthy have been splicing Disney+ data to uncover ways to earn more ad-supported tier subscribers to avoid raising Disney+ prices.
With the National Streaming Day deal targeted toward ad-supported customers, it remains to be seen if this promotion can reel in more streamers for the long haul.
