What should have been a smooth ride back to their hotel after a magical day at Disneyland Paris turned into a distressing confrontation for one guest and their family after an unexpected altercation unfolded aboard a packed shuttle bus.
The guest, who shared their account online, described how the situation escalated in seconds. Following the conclusion of the resort’s dazzling fireworks and drone display, crowds swarmed the transportation system to head back to their accommodations. Amid the post-show rush, the guest reports being struck in the leg by a woman pushing a pram.

Bus Altercation Turns Viscious
Trying to address the situation calmly, the guest — who noted both they and the woman were English — asked, “Are you going to say sorry?” That question, however, set off an explosive reaction.
According to the guest, the woman responded with a string of aggressive insults, calling them a “fat c*nt” and accusing them of not respecting her culture. The situation turned even more hostile when the woman declared, “You’re a man and should not dare speak to a woman,” before bizarrely suggesting the guest's comment was grounds for “potential racism.
Adding to the chaos, the woman’s sister joined in, reportedly threatening the guest’s partner with assault and screaming obscenities, including telling her to “shut the f*** up. The sisters further justified their behavior by saying they had spent money to be at Disneyland and would do as they pleased — even going so far as to claim, strangely, that it was a matter of “gender politics.”
All of this unfolded in front of children aboard the shuttle bus, leaving many families uncomfortable and distressed. The guest expressed particular concern that young children would leave with upsetting memories of the ordeal rather than the joyful moments they had experienced earlier in the day. “My biggest fear was the children would have bad memories and associate swearing and aggression with Disney instead of the magic and fun they've enjoyed during the day,” they shared.

What Can Disney Do?
At the time of writing, Disneyland Paris has not publicly addressed the incident. The resort is known for its efforts to maintain a family-friendly environment, but high-traffic moments — especially after popular nighttime shows — can sometimes strain both guest patience and park operations. Shuttle buses are typically unsupervised by dedicated security, meaning staff intervention in such situations is not always immediate.

The altercation has since caught attention online, with fellow Disney fans expressing disappointment over the behavior witnessed in what is supposed to be a place of joy and community. Some have voiced concerns over guest conduct during peak times, suggesting the resort should consider more visible staffing or crowd management strategies during busy transport hours.
While the vast majority of Disneyland Paris visitors experience only the magic the park is known for, this unsettling incident serves as a reminder of the unpredictable nature of large crowds and the importance of preserving the Disney spirit — not just inside the park gates but in every corner of the resort.
