A guest recently had a not-so-magical experience at a Disney hotel after cast members failed to step in and assist during a medical incident.

When Problems Arise Outside the Parks
Disney operates a wide range of hotels at Disneyland Paris, spanning value resorts to premium properties. While most stays pass without issue, some guests have described situations involving slow responses, missing belongings, or unclear responsibility.
A recent incident focused on the lack of medical response at Disney Hotel Cheyenne, one of the resortās more affordable onsite options.

The hotel is themed around the American Old West, with Toy Story-inspired elements and a strong appeal for families seeking value accommodations (plus an onsite Starbucks) close to the parks.
According to a Reddit post, the guest was staying with their partner and two small children. After checking in, the family waited in the lobby for their room to become available.
While waiting, the guest said their partner suddenly fainted and collapsed on the floor.
āWhilst trying to assist her I shouted for help multiple times,ā the guest wrote, adding that three cast members were nearby at the time.

They said no one initially intervened. The partner eventually regained consciousness without medical assistance.
Only then did a cast member approach and ask whether an ambulance was needed. The guest declined emergency services but requested water, explaining that their partner was still shaken and weak.
According to the account, the cast member pointed toward the hotel shop and instructed the guest to purchase water. The guest said they were standing beside the hotel restaurant and did not want to leave their partner alone again.

āI was kinda disgusted at this,ā they wrote, adding that their partner could āhardly sit up on her own.ā
The guest later spoke with reception staff but described the interaction as unhelpful, questioning whether filing a formal complaint would lead to any action.
