The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder is coming soon to Disney+ and we just got an exciting first look at some of the guest stars that will be joining the reboot of this fan-favorite Disney Channel Original Series!

Disney initially shared the list of guest stars that fans can expect to see on the series in November on their Twitter account, and now we have a first-look at how some of these celebrities will look as animated versions of themselves on the show.

Guest stars made up one of the most memorable elements of the original Proud Family show, so we are certainly excited to see what a modern take on Disney Channel’s concept looks like, especially for audiences who have nostalgia for the older version of the series or are excited to now get their children interested in the show.

The list of guest stars so far on The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder includes: Lizzo, Lil Nas X, Chance the Rapper, Normani, Tiffany Haddish, Gabriel Union, Lena Waithe, Leslie Odom, Jr., Anthony Anderson, Al Roker, Jane Lynch, Glynn Turman, James Pickens Jr., Marsai Martin, Jaden Smith, Brenda Song, Tina Knowles, Eva Longoria, Debbie Allen, Lamorne Morris, Holly Robinson Peete, Laurie Hernandez, Dominique Dawes, Gabby Douglas, Bretman Rock, and additional guest stars Disney has yet to announce.

The new Disney+ original series will continue the story of the iconic show with a focus on Penny Proud and her family, with all of the characters previously included in the show making a return. A number of voice actors from the Disney Channel Original Series will be returning to the show, too, including lead Kyla Pratt as Penny Proud, Paula Jai Parker as Judy Proud, Tommy Davidson as Oscar Proud, Cedric the Entertainer as Uncle Bobby, JoMarie Payton as fan-favorite Suga Mama, Karen Malina White playing the role of Dijonay Jones, Soleil Moon Frye as Zoey Howzer, and more.

The series will debut February 23, 2022 exclusively on Disney+, and we are excited to check it out and finally experience new stories from one of our past favorite Disney channel series!
