Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party may run for weeks at Magic Kingdom, but guests shouldn't assume that means they have weeks to decide whether they want tickets.
Disney World has already sold out a sizable portion of its 2026 Halloween party calendar, and the list continues to grow.

As of August 18, 16 dates had reached capacity. The latest group included August 23, October 8, and October 15, giving guests three fewer options for attending the separately ticketed Magic Kingdom event.
And August is getting especially difficult.
Only Three August Parties Remained
Guests looking for an August party had only three choices remaining in the latest availability update.
Tickets were still being sold for August 25 at $144 and August 28 and August 30 at $149.
Everything else during the month had sold out.
Opening night on August 7 is gone, along with August 11, 14, 18, 21, and 23.
The situation isn't limited to August, either.
September 4, 8, and 11 have reached capacity. October has already lost October 6, 8, 9, 13, 15, 29, and 31.
Halloween night was the earliest to go. October 31 sold out on May 12, which was the first day of general public ticket sales.
Guests Still Have September and October Options
Anyone who missed an August ticket isn't completely out of luck.
A larger selection of September parties remained available, including September 1, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 27, and 29.

Prices increase as the month goes along. September 1 was listed at $149, while September 29 had reached $184.
October also had remaining choices, although guests should expect to pay more.
Available nights ranged from $189 for October 1 to $224 for October 23, 25, and 27.
That means guests who miss out on an earlier party could find themselves choosing between changing their plans or paying considerably more for a later date.
2026 Demand Is Moving Quickly
This isn't the first year Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has sold out multiple nights.
What stands out is the pace.
During the 2025 season, every August party had sold out by August 26. The full event eventually reached a complete sellout on September 24.
The 2026 season is currently ahead of that pace.
With 16 nights already unavailable in mid-August, another complete season sellout appears possible. If demand continues moving this quickly, it could even happen earlier than it did last year.
For guests still considering a ticket, that makes waiting a gamble.
There are still numerous opportunities to attend Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, especially in September and October. But each new sold-out date pushes more guests toward the nights that remain.
August is already down to its final few choices, September has started losing dates, and multiple October parties are gone months before the Halloween season ends.
Anyone determined to attend in 2026 may want to pay close attention to availability.
The party isn't sold out for the season yet. But with another date seemingly never too far from disappearing, the calendar is getting noticeably tighter.
