Walt Disney World Resort has officially introduced a new adults-only experience at EPCOT. GEO-82, an exclusive lounge for guests 21 and older, opened its doors on June 4, 2025, presenting one of the few spaces at the Central Florida Disney parks where children are not permitted.
The highly anticipated launch of GEO-82 was first announced at D23 Expo 2024, and since then, Disney Parks fans have been eagerly awaiting its debut. Situated on the second floor of the Spaceship Earth post-show area, GEO-82 occupies the space once known as the Siemens lounge. The name “GEO-82” is a nod to the geodesic dome of EPCOT’s Spaceship Earth and the year the Disney park first opened.
GEO-82 offers a more refined atmosphere, featuring internationally-inspired small bites and upscale craft cocktails like the Clarified New York Sour and the Brown Butter Old Fashioned. The lounge also offers a premium “Fireworks Experience” package, which gives guests an exclusive view of the Luminous The Symphony of Us fireworks show over the World Showcase Lagoon, complete with champagne, signature cocktails, and desserts.
To enhance the guest experience, EPCOT also made adjustments to the Dreamers Point area in World Celebration by removing two large pine trees that had framed the Walt the Dreamer statue. The trees were obstructing the view of the World Showcase Lagoon from GEO-82, which impacted the premium fireworks viewing experience offered to guests.
With reservations selling out quickly, GEO-82 has already gained popularity, with guests eager to secure their spot at this new adults-only venue. Given the limited availability, advance reservations are highly recommended for anyone wishing to experience the exclusive offerings at GEO-82. As it is one of the few adults-only spaces in Walt Disney World Resort, it has sparked a lot of interest among Disney Parks fans looking for a more relaxed, sophisticated experience.

Despite introducing a new adults-only space, Walt Disney World Resort continues to cater to families with various other dining and entertainment options. Later in 2025, Magic Kingdom Park will debut The Beak and the Barrel, a family-friendly lounge inspired by the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.
