After announcing it will conduct a post-storm phased reopening of its Theme Parks tomorrow, the Walt Disney World Resort has now released details on what that will be.
The three biggest points are that each Theme Park will open one at a time, all of the Guests that have been sheltering in place inside the Disney World Resort hotels will have two hours of extra time inside the Theme Parks compared to the new-normal 30-minute time frame, and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is still on for Friday night!
According to information shared by reporter Scott Gustin,
- Magic Kingdom Park will open at 10 am to all Guests after an 8:00 am Early Theme Park Entry.
- EPCOT will open at 11 am to all Guests after a 9 am Early Theme Park Entry time, closing at 9 pm.
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open at 12 noon to all Guests after a 10 am Early Theme Park Entry time.
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom will open to all Guests at 1 pm with an 11 am Early Theme Park Entry time.
- Disney Springs will also open for operation from 10 am – 11: 30 pm.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will still happen with the Party Guest Mix-In starting at 4 pm and then the party running from 7 pm – 12 midnight.
Transportation will operate as normal – pending weather conditions.
Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane will also be operating as normal.

It should be noted that valid Theme Park entry and Theme Park Reservations are still required for Guests to enter the Theme Parks. All dining and enchanted extra experiences which were scheduled for a time beyond the new Theme Park hours are now canceled.

It appears that several experiences will remain shuttered due to the inclement weather, and those include Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, and Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.
Virtual Queue will also operate as normal. Same distribution times – same process.
