It is the best time of year at the resort and also the busiest. Passholders who disappear all summer come crawling back the second the decorations appear. Lines get long. The prime viewing spots for the nighttime show are claimed hours of advance.

Booking opens July 30, 2026, subject to availability. You can reserve up to 60 days out on the Disneyland website or through the Disneyland app. Disney says advance booking is highly recommended, and while same-day and walk-in spots may pop up, you would need to check with a cast member at check-in.

What the $130 Does Not Get You at Disneyland
Read this part before you budget.
Park admission and a Disneyland Park reservation for the same day as the tour are required for every guest ages 3 and older, and neither is included in the tour price.
Park reservations are limited and not guaranteed. Handle that piece the same day you book the tour, not a month later when you remember.
Guests 2 and under attend free.
Rules to Know
Check in at Tour Gardens on Main Street, U.S.A., 15 minutes ahead of your reservation time. Every person in the party has to be present.
Bring the reservation confirmation, a photo ID, and the credit card you used to book. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join, so give yourself a cushion if you are crossing the resort to get there.
Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older at all times.
Your card gets charged in full when you book. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancel inside that window or no-show, and you forfeit the whole amount. The experience is nonrefundable.
