Easter is right around the corner and the is celebrating with an annual Eggstravaganza tradition! Eggstravaganza runs March 31 through , April 17, 2022, so if you are spending the Easter holiday or the weeks leading up to it visiting Disneyland, here’s what you need to know to participate in this year’s .
The Disney Parks Blog shared that you’ll need to “hop” to a participating merchandise location to pick up an exclusive Eggstravaganza game board and stickers. The board and sticker set costs $9.99 (plus tax) and can be completed individually or by the whole family throughout your visit.
There are three different game boards, however, one each for Disneyland park, Disney California Adventure park and the Downtown Disney District, so you can choose to pick up one or collect them all! The Downtown Disney District Eggstravaganza would also be a great activity to plan for if you have days you will be spending at the Disneyland Resort without a theme park ticket to use.
Once you have your board, you can set out to start the Easter egg hunt! Throughout each Disney park and Downtown Disney, you’ll spot hidden eggs painted with favorite Disney characters. As you find each Easter egg, mark it off on your board by affixing the corresponding stickers.
Once you finish your board (or if you don’t, it’s all for fun anyway!) Be sure to bring it back to a designated location in the park or to collect your prize! This year’s prize is a featuring favorite characters, and they are adorable. You can redeem your board to pick up a prize at Plaza Point, located right on in Disneyland, Elias & Co. at , and at Disney’s and World of Disney in .
As with any in-park activities, valid theme park admission and reservations are required to participate in the Eggstravaganza in Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Purchasing limits also apply with a limit of six boards per person, and redemption is valid through April 30, 2022.
