Fans Share How to Have the Perfect Honeymoon at Disney World

Walt Disney World is a magical place and some Disney fans recently gave some future Guests suggestions on how to have the perfect honeymoon there.

The Disney Parks are some of the best places in the world to have a magical vacation, and especially to celebrate a huge milestone. It’s no surprise then, that many couples choose to visit a Disney Park — be that Animal Kingdom Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios or the others — for a Walt Disney World honeymoon. Between the special treatment these couples sometimes get from Cast Members, and the myriad options for romantic getaways, dinners and experiences, it’s the a wonderful place to mark the milestone.

One future Disney Guest and Reddit user, u/SEND_COMEBOOK_FACTS took to the social media platform to inquire how best to celebrate their upcoming honeymoon stop at the Disney Resort, Walt Disney World.

Honeymoon Pit Stop in Disney World from DisneyWorld

As the user says,

On our way back from our honeymoon in November my wife and I are going to stop by Disney world for a few days. We plan to spend a whole day at magic kingdom and then split a day between Hollywood studios and Epcot. Anything I can do I’m advance to surprise her/ make these stops special? Or anywhere I can go where the cast members may hook us up with something since we are celebrating? Lol

Commenters had many ideas for the OP, and generously shared many of them.

One, u/jenouflex, mentioned, “Consider booking a Capture Your Moment photo session (although they are getting pricier) for 20 minutes of your own Photopass photographer to yourself. You can have Disney Dream Makers (Disney floral and gift) do delivery to your room if you are staying on property or (I think) at a Good Neighbor hotel. Make sure to put on your dining reservations that you’re celebrating. Get the buttons. Sometimes pixie dust happens.”

Another user, u/danofalltrades80, chimed in with their own experience as well:

When we went in January for our tenth anniversary, on one of the Star Wars rides, the cast member saw our pins and instructed the rest of the guests on the ride to sing happy anniversary to us, to the tune of happy birthday. They all went along and got to the part where you say their name(s) and nobody knew what to say, so a lot of them just made up things out just hummed/mumbled something, lol. It’s one of my favorite memories from the trip.

Cast Members are known to do their best to make a Disney vacation special for everyone, and so it’s no surprise they would plan something special when there’s a celebration like a Disney World honeymoon involved.

Here’s hoping the OP gets the honeymoon treatment they were hoping for!
