We can’t wait to celebrate the holidays at Walt Disney World this year, and we are excited to share some of the details of what you can expect while touring EPCOT this winter.

The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will return to the park for this year’s holiday season, with all of the favorite elements of this event from years past making a comeback. Guests will be able to take in holiday traditions from around the world with storytellers in the countries of World Showcase, as well as music, dance, food and more! The fan-favorite Holiday Cookie Stroll and outdoor kitchens filled with festive eats around the park will also be returning for this year’s holiday season.

Last month, the Disney Parks Blog also shared the news that Candlelight Processional will be returning to EPCOT this year, with an all-Cast Member choir. (In past years, schools have been able to perform in the choir, too however due to COVID-19 guidance the choir will only feature Disney Cast Members this year.) Celebrity narrators are set to return, too, as well as the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package (which we recommend doing if you are hoping to guarantee yourself a seat for the performance). At this time we are waiting for Disney to share further updates on celebrity narrators and restaurants available for the dinner package.

The news of EPCOT’s returning holiday celebrations follows our earlier coverage of the Merry Menagerie returning to Disney’s Animal Kingdom and a stage show coming back just to celebrate the season at the Magic Kingdom.

The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays runs November 26-December 30, 2021 throughout EPCOT, and is presented by AdventHealth. We will be back with more coverage of the holiday season in EPCOT as we get closer to the festival, and complete information is available on Disney’s website here.
