The Disney Parks Blog has shared that construction on the new Frozen landscape has begun! If you’re a fan of Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Sven, Kristoff, or overall Disney princess magic, then you won’t want to miss out on seeing this attraction as the Disney Imagineers construct it in Walt Disney Studios Park!
The Avengers Campus is already a popular and relatively new addition to Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studios Park, and now this Parisian attraction will have a Nordic neighbor! The construction site where the Kingdom of Arendelle is being built might not look like much so far, but Disney has shared some teasers about what Disneyland Paris Resort Guests can expect from the location when it’s finished and when Walt Disney Imagineering Paris has finished with it — and the future looks promising for this Frozen kingdom!

According to the Disney Parks Blog, “when you arrive at the heart of the Park, you’ll be immersed in the same wintery atmosphere experienced during the movies”. If it includes the Enchanted Woods from Frozen II and the cheerful village in Arendelle, that sounds right up Disney fans’ alley!
Walt Disney Imagineering Paris would be remiss not to add in Elsa’s Ice Castle, which will apparently “stand at the top of a 131-foot-high snow-covered mountain”. While Disney Guests won’t be able to enter the Ice Castle, they can see it in the distance as part of the attraction.

While Guests in Disneyland Paris are admiring the Ice Castle built by Elsa, they can also go on an attraction that involves an adventure with Frozen characters. After their adventure with Anna, Elsa, and friends like Sven, Olaf, and Kristoff, Guests can then head into the village for some Norwegian food and some shopping!

There will also be “a royal meet and greet” — and since we know that Anna and Kristoff are getting married (and that their engagement party is taking place onboard the Disney Wish), Kristoff will most likely be present alongside his bride and Elsa!
As the Disney Parks Blog put it, “this new land is sure to melt your heart and create magical moments you’ll never forget”!
