Another Guest got himself kicked out of another Disney Park. But instead of the usual stories of trespassing or even fighting, this one takes bad behavior to another level, facing far more serious consequences.
Recently, a Guest was escorted out of Disneyland Park at the Disneyland Paris Resort and was taken into police custody after being caught masturbating in a public area.

According to europe-cities.com,
“It was around 6pm, police say, when the 21-year-old was ‘seen masturbating in his pants while watching a video on his phone while in front of an obviously popular attraction’ . The park’s security agents intervened quickly, according to the Disneyland communication department, before calling the police.”
The man was seen doing this act by a mother who had young children with her. He will now face charges of sexual exposure to minors, and according to France’s Criminal Code, “sexual exposure imposed on the view of others in a place accessible to the public gaze is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros” but due to the age of the mother’s kids, “the penalties are increased to two years imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros.”
It also does not matter that this delinquent Guest kept his pants on. The law states, “sexual exposure is established if is imposed in the sight of others, in a place accessible to public view, the explicit commission of a sexual act, real or simulated.”
The 21-year-old man will most likely also face punishments from Disneyland Paris as well which can include being banned from the Parks for life.
