The summer is upon us, bringing with it some of this year's most anticipated Disney movies!
Starting with The Little Mermaid live-action remake that opened during Memorial Day weekend and the more recent Disney animated feature Elemental that opened to mixed reviews, this season is shaping up to be an interesting one. Fans are also looking forward to Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny releasing on June 30, and of course, the highly anticipated Haunted Mansion reboot set to release on July 28.
Now that we're about a month away from the movie's release, some of the big names of this star-studded cast are beginning their promotional tours and activities in honor of the new Haunted Mansion and our new Madame Leota (Jamie Lee Curtis), Ben Matthias (LaKeith Stanfield), and Kent (Owen Wilson) were all seen at the Disneyland Resort doing interviews.

Jamie Lee Curtis is clearly having a ball in the pictures, and fans were thrilled to see the stars at Disneyland. The movie is incredibly highly anticipated; on noting Wilson, Curtis, and Stanfield, fans expressed their excitement:

The new Haunted Mansion movie is set to release in late July. The movie features a star-studded cast, including Winona Ryder, Jared Leto, Jamie Lee Curtis, Danny DeVito, Owen Wilson, Rosario Dawson, Tiffany Haddish, Dan Levy, and LaKeith Stanfield. The reboot and the original are both inspired by the iconic Disney Park attraction of the same name. It's directed by Justin Simien and features a screenplay by Katie Dippold, and is from Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
The reported premise of the film is, “A single mother and her son move into a mansion, only to find that it is haunted. To combat the spirits, they hire a former paranormal investigator, a priest, a psychic, and a college history professor.”
