More Availability Has Opened Up for Spring Voyages Aboard the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser

With the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser opening in March 2022, availability for spaces aboard has been fluctuating since booking opened up earlier this year. While we initially saw the earliest voyages sell out quickly, availability appears to be increasing for travel dates later in the spring.

The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is an all-new one-of-a-kind experience more similar to a cruise ship with intense storytelling and even live action roleplaying elements than a traditional hotel stay. While on board, Guests will be fully immersed into the world of Star Wars, where they will find themselves working through their own stories along the backdrop of the starcruiser Halcyon during the time of the First Order.

The experience will come with exclusive dining experiences and immersive lounges, plus activities that Guests can only try out aboard the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser like Lightsaber training, getting a close look at the ship’s bridge and control rooms, and more.

Booking availability for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser was nearly full when it first became available as fans rushed to ensure that they would be among the first to set off for “a galaxy far, far away,” however it seems as the deadline to finish paying off initial voyages is getting closer, more Guests are opting to cancel. As of this morning, almost half of the dates in May 2022 now have some availability.

Some Guests have expressed frustration with the marketing of the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, feeling that the welcome video sent to Guests who had booked was underwhelming, while it is possible that others are holding off until reviews come out where at $4809-5,999 the experience is obviously a splurge for many fans.

The complete experience aboard the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will include a two-night stay in one of the cabins or suites, ongoing activities while onboard, food and beverages (excluding alcohol and specialty beverages), a quick service meal while in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, admission to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, valet parking, and an exclusive Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser Databand (MagicBand.)

We are interested in learning more about what availability for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser looks like going into 2022, and especially after the first voyages take place and Guests know more about what to expect from the experience.
