New Details Released for the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade Coming Soon to the Magic Kingdom

At last year’s Destination D23 event, Disney shared the news that a brand new character cavalcade would be coming to the Magic Kingdom in 2022, and we finally learned some new details and the date you can expect to find the new cavalcade in the park!

The brand new Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade will make its debut in the Magic Kingdom very soon on February 11, 2022. The daily event will feature 30 favorite Disney characters all in one place and is not to be missed during your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation.

Favorite characters from Disney and Pixar will be joining the celebration, which takes its cues from the character cavalcades that debuted during the reopening phases of the Walt Disney World Resort to replace close-up meet and greets but add in some new elements and styles to make these events feel more timeless and like a truly classic Disney experience.

When the new Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade begins daily runs for Guests in the Magic Kingdom, you can expect to find characters including Nick Wild and Judy Hopps from Zootopia (2016), Baloo and King Louie from The Jungle Book (1967), José Carioca and Panchito from The Three Cabelleros (1944), Merida from Brave (2012), Moana, The Incredibles, and more.

The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade will also feature the Magic Kingdom debut of Miguel from Disney and Pixar hit film Coco (2017) all dressed up in his mariachi best ready to join this fun and magical performance and to see Guests from all over the world.
