New Entertainment Offerings Debut Aboard Disney Cruise Line

Disney Cruise Line currently has two ships sailing out of Port Canaveral, FL, the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy, with many Guests being welcomed aboard for the first time since the cruise industry was effectively shut down at the start of the pandemic. Now, Disney Cruise Line is announcing new entertainment enhancements and character experiences aboard the two ships!

One of the small details that really does add a lot of extra magic to a Disney Cruise is the personalized announcements Cast Members make as your family boards the ship. Following this memorable experience, Guests will be led right into the center of the ship’s soaring atrium for a special photo opp and interactive musical moment with Captains Minnie and Mickey.

Once your Disney Cruise Line vacation is officially underway, you can head off for dinner in one of the ship’s family dining rooms. In the Enchanted Garden, Guests will experience an upbeat celebration with the Fab Five- Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto (think Chef Mickey’s, but at sea!)

Guests will also have the opportunity to dine with Disney princesses in the Royal Palace aboard the Disney Dream and the Royal Court aboard the Disney Fantasy. This dining experience comes with a chance to see the princesses as you enter the restaurant and enjoy live music with dinner.

For cruises that last for four nights or more, Guests will also have pirate night thrown into the mix! During pirate night, a rowdy crew of pirates provide one-of-a-kind Disney entertainment when they take over the ship’s dining room!

Upcoming cruises will also have additional character sightings throughout the ship with everything from Green Army Patrol scanning the upper decks to catching Goofy in the Walt Disney Theatre and Disney princesses in the atrium.
