The Paradise Pier Hotel at Disneyland Park is being turned “inside out” over the next few months, and Disney released an exclusive preview of what’s taking shape behind the scenes.

Next to the Pixar Pier, the 15-story-high Paradise Pier Hotel is getting a makeover to become the first fully Pixar-themed hotel in the US. The Disneyland Resort aims to make the Guest experience comprehensive with a brand-new entrance to Disney California Adventure Park, merchandise deliveries from the Park to the Resort room, and extra Park hours for Pixar Place Guests.

While the initial news got us a-Buzz, the new concept art and previews might have us high-tailing over to Disneyland when the ribbon is cut.

Pixar fans have another feature to feast their eyes (and stomachs) on. This fall, headed to the Pixar Hotel is a brand-new restaurant: Great Maple. With cuisine inspired by Southern California showcasing an imaginative take on upscale dining, the restaurant will be open to overnight Guests, locals, and Disneyland Park Guests.

Easily accessible and offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day, dreamy dishes will serve up comfort food to Disney diners. Disney Parks Blog revealed some of the delectable menu items, including:

Great Maple will be a great appetizer for the hotel’s official winter opening, and Disney Fanatic will continue to share Pixar updates along the way.
