Our 2 Favorite Eats At Each Pavillion in World Showcase

3. China

China is the perfect stop for some savory eats. Nine Dragons Restaurant is where you’ll find the coveted Pork Belly Bao Buns. Think tender, shredded filling in a soft, pillowy dough. For our next recommendation, we’ll assume that if you can pop it between your teeth, it’s edible! That’s right- the Bubble Milk Tea (with popping boba) from Joy of Tea makes it onto the list. We love it because it’s cheaper than its festival counterparts, refreshing, and truly indicative of the World Showcase pavilion it represents!

4. Germany

There are so many tasty treats in the Germany pavilion, it brings a tear to the eye just thinking about picking favorites! The only way is to try everything. For starters, make way to Karamell-Küche. Note: everything here is good. While the caramel corn and pineapple spear are prized, we’re all about the Caramel Butter Bar. Just as the name suggests, this bar packs a buttery punch that is worth the guilt trip. Since we’re on a roll, let’s go over to Sommerfest and have some cheesy Nudel Gratin!

5. Italy

Italian cuisine has a reputation for pleasing many palettes. Pop into Via Napoli if you want a taste of what many argue is Walt Disney World’s best pizza pies. The pepperoni and four-cheese options are probably the most popular, but we recommend the prosciutto and melon for an immersive experience. For dessert, head over to the Gelati cart at the front of the pavilion for an Espresso Gelato “Affogato”: a creamy pick-me-up of milk gelato combined with espresso and chocolate-covered coffee beans.

6. Japan

Japan’s Mitsukoshi department store is a must-do. We recommend browsing the candy section to make your own awesome goody bag to enjoy on your travels home! Our favorites include green tea Kit-Kats, Botan rice candy, and Pocky. The second must-have is Kakigori from Kabuki Cafe. This shaved ice treat comes in several flavors and will perk you right up in the more sweltering months.

Kinsi

Kinsi grew up visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with her family, and never quite grew out of it. If you ask her, there is truly something for everyone at Disney and she wants to help you find it! After marrying her prince charming, she converted him into a Disney Fanatic as well. Together, they love traveling (and snacking) around the world at Epcot, Disney Cruising, and exploring the resorts.
