Start the Day with Mickey Breakfast Sandwiches

We love a warm breakfast in the morning and adding Mickey to the morning makes it even better. Try this recipe for breakfast sandwiches from Disney Family for a fun start to your day.

 

Ingredients

  • -2 Cups all-purpose flour
  • -4 Tsps baking powder
  • -1 Tsp salt
  • -1/2 Cup margarine (plus butter or margarine for cooking)
  • -1 Cup milk
  • -Fried eggs
  • -Cheese
  • -Sausage patties
  • Mickey Silicone Breakfast Mold

Directions

  1.  Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

2. Cut in margarine with a fork or pastry cutter.

3. Stir in milk and mix until combined.

4. Melt butter or margarine on an iron skillet over medium/low heat.

5. Place your silicone Mickey mold on the skillet and fill with biscuit batter.

6. Cook biscuits for about 5 minutes on each side, or until brown on the bottom.

7. Cut biscuits in half and fill with a fried egg, cheese, sausage patty, or your favorite breakfast sandwich toppings.
