Start the Weekend With Delicious Mickey Mouse French Toast

Warm up your heart and tummy with a toasty treat. French Toast has always been a favorite, and it’s even more delightful when it’s in the shape of Mickey! 

Ingredients

  • -6 slices of bread
  • -2 eggs
  • -2/3 cup milk
  • -1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • -1 teaspoon vanilla
  • -Pinch of salt
  • -Mickey Mouse cookie cutter
  • -Syrup
  • -Star cookie cutter for butter (optional)
  • -Powdered Sugar (optional)
  • -Berries or fruit to serve as toppings or a side dish

Directions

  1.  Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Beat until mixed well.
  2.  Lightly oil griddle over med-high heat.
  3.  Cover each slice of bread in egg mixture.
  4.  Place on griddle and cook on both sides until golden.
  5.  Use Mickey Mouse cookie cutter on bread slices. (Save the remaining French Toast for snacking.)
  6.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve with butter and maple syrup.
