12. The Service
There is one thing that I think we can all agree on; Disney service is unlike any other service you’ll receive anywhere else in the world. While this isn’t necessarily a typical ‘experience’ like the ones I’ve listed above, you’ll notice that everyone has at least one story about how a cast member turned a frown upside down. Cast members strive to make sure guests are happy and satisfied throughout their visit and they also ‘sprinkle’ magic at certain times. Whether you’re celebrating a special event, or had an unfortunate mishap (i.e.- lost item, broken shoe, etc.) during your stay, you’ll get to experience these small moments of assistance and realize just how special the Disney employees are. Disney service is unforgettable because they make small unexpected moments of magic happen when we least expect it.
