This Disney Villain Has A New Workout

We're not really sure if the Disney villains from Walt Disney Studios' movies actually exercise that often; most of the time, it seems like their rage, resentment, pessimism, and tendency to embark on long monologues instead of snacking means that they keep their figures pretty trim! There are some exceptions, but yes. Disney villains are usually lean. How do they keep in shape, aside from the above? Well, the popular Blogicomics Instagram account has a theory! Read on to see how one particular Disney villain might manage to maintain her physique throughout her crusade against a certain Disney princess.

When it comes down to it, Maleficent's anger towards Aurora and her kingdom is all about hurt feelings (although that's not entirely accurate in the Angelina Jolie Maleficent and Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, where the statuesque woodland fairy is actually a victim of mutilation and direct abuse from Aurora's father). If Maleficent gets upset enough about an unsent party invitation to curse a baby, then she could definitely use some stress release and anger management–so HIIT exercises like the high-intensity training above could probably help her not only vent about her anger at the three fairies, but also help her control her emotions more in general!

Their new routine could give any Disney attraction a run for its money in thrills and challenges.

This isn't the first time that Blogicomics (created by renowned trainer and fashion designer Cassey Ho and drawn by Daniel Kordek) has done Disney princess or Disney-related comics. They've released comics about Disney princesses in high school, “Mean Girls” Disney princesses, and several other Disney princess workout comics! There's also Disney-themed workouts from Blogilates (Cassey Ho) herself, which you can see below. Do you think that a workout like Maleficent's is a good way to go?
