A Disney Gift Card

I know that some folks don’t like to give gift cards, and might not consider them as thoughtful.  But, for the Disney lover who already has it all, why not give them the gift of a little fun shopping experience?  Whether your loved one uses his or her gift card toward a Disney Cruise or a dole whip, it’s a gift that every Disney lover will appreciate.  It’s super simple to use on a Disney trip or on Shop Disney, and you know they’ll be able to find something they love in either place!

Even if you’re shopping for a kid, the Disney gift card is still a perfect gift. It’s especially great for a child who is heading on a Disney vacation, because they can look forward to picking out their own souvenir with the gift card.

Scented Gifts

Consumables make great gifts because they can be used, enjoyed, and then not take up space any longer!  If you’re not looking to gift something edible, consider a candle that can be enjoyed over and over again, but that doesn’t require a big space commitment for the recipient. There are multiple companies that sell candles inspired and loosely named after Disney scents. A true Disney fan would love their home to smell like the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, right?  Cue the Disney Fanatics who are nodding furiously, “Yes!” and the people who “don’t get it” looking utterly perplexed.

Looking for another practical(ish) Disney gift? Consider another great consumable- bath products! If you’re taking a trip to Disney Springs, make a stop at Basin and pick out some lovely Disney soaps, bath bombs, body scrubs, other pampering products. There’s also a Basin located in the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Be warned that the TSA often takes great interest in these items.  If you’re flying, you can expect them to go through your bag and very thoroughly inspect these items (they might even untie gift wrapping).

Disney Housewares

What better birthday or Christmas gift than a practical item the recipient can use in daily life? There are various kitchen gadgets, like Mickey waffle makers, available for purchase through various retailers. Disney dishes and serving items are also lovely practical choices.  Good luck not buying these for yourself!  Looking for a smaller gift? An item like a towel set, oven mitt, or a mug provide cheerful pops of Disney magic in the kitchen.
