2. runDisney Races

Whether you’re a runner or a power walker, the runDisney races are unlike any other running event in the country.  There are various runDisney races throughout the year that are uniquely themed.  While they don’t take place in just one park per say, there are routes that will take you through Magic Kingdom early in the morning before park guests arrive.  Guests are usually decked out in their Disney running gear and costumes as they race through the kingdom, stopping along the path to take pictures with characters that are set up for photo opportunities throughout the parks.  While the races are fun, there are many guests who wear their medals proudly all throughout Magic Kingdom after the races.  It’s great to see the running community come together to celebrate success at the parks!
