Florida summers can be extremely hot, especially in spots of Central Florida like the Walt Disney World Resort.
Disney days in June, July, and August feature hours spent under the blistering sun, and when staying cool and hydrated need to be on top of Guests’ priority lists. But while it is important to avoid heatstroke, it is also important to remember proper Theme Park etiquette.
In a video recently shared on TikTok, a woman was caught soaking her feet in the fountain outside Gaston’s Tavern in Fantasyland, Magic Kingdom Park.

While it is against Disney World policy to enter the fountains, it is unclear if this Guest was approached and/or reprimanded by Theme Park personnel.
There are other ways this Guest could have escaped the heat, such as stepping inside the quick service restaurant and its surrounding shops or making the short walk over to Mickey’s Philharmagic, where the entire line is in an air-conditioned room.

But this is only the latest time a Disney Park Guest was caught sticking his/her hands and feet in prohibited Disney water. Recent videos have shown Guests sticking their feet outside the boat on water rides such as “it’s a small world.”
