They said, “We’re going to Disneyland,” and they did just that!
On Monday, February 14, Los Angeles Rams stars Cooper Kupp, Matthew Stafford and Aaron Donald made the short drive over to Anaheim to celebrate their Super Bowl LVI victory in The Happiest Place on Earth. This continues the National Football League’s tradition of Disneyland or Disney World celebrations that has been alive for 35 years.
The LA Rams shared a highlight reel of the day’s events on social media.
First, we have the mini ticker-tape parade down Disneyland Park’s parade route with Mickey Mouse on board.

Super Bowl MVP Cooper Kupp also had to make a stop at Avengers Campus for the Rams’ real-life superhero to pose with the Marvel Super Heroes.

Then there also appears to be some friendly discussion going on in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle over who is the REAL Donald.

As we shared in an earlier article, Super Bowl celebrations began 35 years ago with Phil Simms being the first official participant after winning Super Bowl XXI with the New York Giants.
Since then, the memorable ad has followed every single Super Bowl championship with the teams visiting either Disneyland in California or Walt Disney World in Florida. Last year, Tom Brady and members of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers paraded down Magic Kingdom Park’s parade route after becoming the first team in NFL history to win the Super Bowl in their own stadium.

NHL and MLB teams have also adopted this tradition, but it is doubtful anybody will forget the original exchange:
“You’ve won the Super Bowl! What are you going to do next?”
“We’re going to Disneyland!”
