8. Monsieur Paul in France
Indulge in classic French cuisine at Epcot’s Monsieur Paul. Named for world-renowned Chef Paul Bocuse, a gourmet meal at this elegant establishment lets you experience a host of signature offerings in French flavor and fare, personally created by the chef himself. Dishes are prepared using the freshest seasonal and local ingredients in combination with traditional French culinary techniques and methods. A prix fixe menu offers an array of choices for appetizer, main course, and dessert, but you can also choose from a wider range of selections as well. One of the restaurant’s most unique offerings is the Bar Noir Écailles de Pommes de Terre (Black Sea bass) with “potato scales,” spinach, and Rosemary sauce. Monsieur Paul is located right upstairs from the France Pavilion’s other gourmet restaurant—Les Chefs de France, which Chef Bocuse opened back in 1982 and was once the first Bocuse-affiliated restaurant in the country.
