10 Dining Experiences You’ll Love In Epcot’s World Showcase

5. San Angel Inn in Mexico

The Mexico Pavilion’s signature pyramid landmark building is the site for so much to enjoy, from a family-friendly boat ride featuring Donald Duck and his flighty friends from The Three Caballeros to a fantastically displayed plaza market setup with vendors. And of course there’s impeccable, Mexican-inspired dining to be had at San Angel Inn. The scenic restaurant, located near the back end of the plaza, overlooks a grand pyramid backdrop and waterway the boat ride passes along en route. The dark, candlelit setting and décor convey an ambience reminiscent to that of a 17th century hacienda at the base of Mayan ruins. While the charming scenery is feast enough for the eyes, when you dine here you’re in for a feast of flavors featuring popular Mexican-inspired classics as well as those lesser-known delights.
