The Polite Pig is owned and operated by James and Julie Petrakis in partnership with Brian Petrakis—brother to James. All are renowned for their expertise in culinary circles, as James and Julie also own the James Beard-nominated sister restaurant, The Ravenous Pig along with Cask & Larder in Winter Park. Brian is the owner and overseer to Orlando’s Greens & Grille.
