10 Newest Restaurants You Can’t Miss At Walt Disney World

7. The Polite Pig

Be sure to mind your manners at The Polite Pig—one of Disney Spring’s newest restaurants. Having just recently opened its doors this past spring, The Polite Pig has already established an enormous fan base. The menu features the very best in modern barbecue and an array of innovative Florida-inspired staples that utilize fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The plentiful smoked and wood-fired favorites you can have here include brisket, baby back ribs, unique barbecued salads, smoked and fried chicken, and pork shoulder, to name just a few. And you can count on all those comfort food classic sides too, like beans, mac and cheese, and even alternate takes on well-loved favorites like smoked chicken salad and southern sweet potato salad. Also remember to check out the wide array of drink selections, all available on tap. From boisterous bourbon variations, whiskey flights, cocktails, and a wide selection of other libations, you’ll find the perfect pairing to go along with your scrumptious meal.

The Polite Pig is owned and operated by James and Julie Petrakis in partnership with Brian Petrakis—brother to James. All are renowned for their expertise in culinary circles, as James and Julie also own the James Beard-nominated sister restaurant, The Ravenous Pig along with Cask & Larder in Winter Park. Brian is the owner and overseer to Orlando’s Greens & Grille.
