9. How will you travel?
As mentioned previously, Disney Resorts all provide complimentary travel services. While shuttle buses are the most popularly used reliance, there are also various other alternate modes of transportation to nearby parks and attractions depending on where you stay. For example, Disney’s Contemporary, Polynesian Village, and Grand Floridian Resort & Spa all surround the Seven Seas Lagoon in the Magic Kingdom Resort Area. Guests staying at any of these venues can reach the aforementioned park via the famed monorail system, which runs on a continuous loop. The monorail also passes the Transportation and Ticket Center where guests can disembark and take another monorail route to Epcot. Boats also travel back and forth between these resorts and the Magic Kingdom. Those staying at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort also have boats to take them to the Magic Kingdom. Likewise, properties such as Disney’s Boardwalk, Beach Club, Yacht Club, and even the Swan and Dolphin have boats to take them to nearby Epcot as well as Hollywood Studios. Disney’s Saratoga Springs, Old Key West, and both Port Orleans French Quarter as well as Riverside have boats to ferry guests over to nearby Disney Springs.
