15 Things Disney Rookies Must Do At Disney World’s Epcot

7. Shopping at Mitsukoshi

As stated earlier, Epcot’s World Showcase is the place to find a broad range of authentic imported goods of all varieties, and one of the top must-do shopping venues to check out is Mitsukoshi at the Japan Pavilion. At this department store you’ll find an outstanding array of Japanese goods, ranging in everything from clothing to jewelry, home décor to kitchenware, books, traditional cultural items, and just about everything else you can imagine. Guests can find all their favorite Japanese pop cultural goods as well, including, but not limited to: anime, plush, games, and cards. Another unique in-store feature is the chance to pick a pearl from a live oyster. You can have your pearl fashioned into a customizable piece of jewelry or kept as is. Mitsukoshi even boasts a wide range of candies and other delicious snacks, as well.
