By now, parents of little ones have the “talking leaf” and Jean-Luc ingrained in their brains.
Since 2018, the sweetest Australian family of Heelers has healed the inner child of parents all over the map—oh, and entertained their kiddos, too. “Bluey,” tells the story of the adventurous, six-year-old Heeler pup named Bluey, who embarks on imaginative journeys with her four-year-old sister, Bingo. Their mum and dad are always along for their adventures, with cameos from other pups in their Brisbane neighborhood.

Created by Joe Brumm and produced by the Queensland-based company Ludo Studio, the beloved animated series consistently charts on Disney+. Disney fans always propose the lovable Heeler family appearing in Disney Parks. Although Disney doesn’t own “Bluey” or its characters, it has rights from the BBC to air episodes on Disney Junior and Disney Plus.
While parents wait for the emotionally-intelligent animated family to emerge in Disney one day, hopefully, fans can look forward to exciting new updates with household Disney names joining the “Bluey” lineup this summer.
Famous Friends Joining ‘Bluey’
Starting July 12, new episodes will be available for Disney+ streamers to devour. That means the merry-go-round of “Bluey” episodes running through parents’ living rooms will get some welcome additions just in time for school to be out for the summer.

Not only will new episodes be available to stream, but well-known “Bluey” fans will be making appearances as animated characters. Starting with the man behind Rob Marshall’s remake of The Little Mermaid (2023), Moana (2016), Encanto (2021), and more, Lin Manuel-Miranda will be voicing a talking horse in the new “Bluey” episode titled “Stories.”
In addition to the maestro behind Disney’s movie music, Bridesmaids (2011) star Rose Byrne will portray Chilli’s sister Brandy in “Onesies.”
Courtesy of the official “Bluey” website, here’s a complete list of this summer’s Disney+ episodes:
