With Disney Parks entering a new era of global expansion, the Power Rangers could be set to make a return.
Disney's Power Rangers Reboot
Earlier this year, it was reported that Hasbro and Disney are collaborating on a new live-action Power Rangers series for Disney+, a surprising development considering Disney previously held the rights to the franchise from 2001 to 2010 before selling them back to Saban Brands.
Now, with a reboot reportedly in the works, it's possible the Rangers could also return to Disney Parks.

Power Rangers' Disney World Reign
In the early 2000s, Power Rangers were briefly part of Disney's Hollywood Studios (then Disney-MGM Studios), appearing in the Stars and Motor Cars Parade and through meet-and-greets. Their presence disappeared when the brand left Disney's ownership.
But with renewed interest, there’s reason to think the color-coded superheroes could be brought back—and maybe more prominently this time.
As Disney continues development across multiple resorts—including Walt Disney Studios Park (soon to be renamed Disney Adventure World) in Disneyland Paris, expansions at Disneyland Resort in California, and the new Abu Dhabi destination—there may be an opportunity to fold in a brand like this one, especially if the Disney+ series lands well with audiences.

Could Universal Studios Take the Power Rangers?
There’s also pressure from outside, with Universal Studios set to open its first British theme park in 2031. The rival theme park resort's new destination will introduce new attractions and themed lands, and though none have been confirmed, there's every possibility that the Power Rangers will find a home there instead of Disney Parks.
But if the Mighty Morphin teens are indeed set to stay with Disney, the company will need fresh ideas to maintain momentum and a property like Power Rangers, which combines nostalgia with action, may be a logical addition—especially for an international market.

A potential land could feature a roller coaster themed around the Megazord, immersive set pieces like the Command Center, and quick-service restaurants styled after Ernie’s Juice Bar. Even if not a full themed land, the return of meet-and-greets would be a simple way to gauge guest interest to begin with.
It’s early days, and there’s no word that the Rangers will return to a theme park setting of any kind, whether it's Disney or Universal. For now, Disney+ will have to make do.
