Planning Christmas at Disney? Expect Dining Packages To Cross the $100 Mark

If you’re thinking about spending the holidays at Walt Disney World this year, you’ll want to budget carefully. Disney has just revealed the restaurants and prices for the 2025 Candlelight Processional Dining Packages, and several of the options now push beyond the $100 threshold per adult.

Why the Dining Packages Matter

The Candlelight Processional is one of EPCOT’s most cherished holiday traditions. The show combines the retelling of the Christmas story with a celebrity narrator, a live orchestra, and a massive choir of Cast Members and community singers. It’s emotional, powerful, and for many families, it’s the highlight of the holiday season.

But with popularity comes demand. While it’s possible to get into the Processional without paying for a package, the standby lines are notoriously long, and there’s no guarantee of getting a seat. That’s where the dining packages come in—combining a meal with reserved seating.

The Restaurants and Pricing

The 2025 pricing shows just how premium this experience has become. Here are the top-end examples:

  • Teppan Edo (Japan Pavilion): $110 adults, $60 children

  • Le Cellier Steakhouse (Canada Pavilion): $104 adults, $42 children

  • Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya (Japan Pavilion): $99 adults, $50 children

Even mid-range choices aren’t exactly cheap:

The least expensive option, Regal Eagle Smokehouse, still runs $41 for adults and $24 for children, and it’s only available as a same-day booking.

Is It Worth the Splurge?

For families, these packages can mean dropping several hundred dollars on a single meal. The cost feels steep, but what you’re really buying is the guarantee. Instead of waiting hours in a line that may or may not get you into the show, you get peace of mind, a good meal, and guaranteed seats.

For Disney, it’s another way to monetize demand during the busiest season of the year. For guests, it’s a trade-off: money for time.

A Holiday Staple With a Premium Price

Despite the sticker shock, the Candlelight Processional is still regarded as one of the most beautiful and meaningful holiday offerings at Walt Disney World. Guests will likely continue booking these packages at a rapid pace, even with the $100-plus price tags.

If you’re planning to spend Christmas at Disney this year, expect magic, memories, and plenty of holiday cheer—but also be prepared to cross the $100 mark if you want guaranteed seats at the Candlelight Processional.
