Disney Springs Introduces First-Of-Its-Kind Christmas Offering

Even though some Disney Fanatics are still enjoying what’s left of summer in Florida and California (i.e. Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort), the Walt Disney Company is apparently entering the holiday season! We have already seen plenty of autumnal decor entering the Disney Parks (including this highly-prized and temper-tantrum-worthy pumpkin), but now Disney has also started to announce some Christmas occasions — and one particularly-new offering is coming to Disney Springs this year!

The restaurant called Maria and Enzo’s Ristorante, which is an Italian “trattoria” located in Disney Springs, will be hosting a Breakfast with Santa event during the months of November and December on select dates. This is meant to be an annual Disney holiday event, but this year’s is the first one for Maria and Enzo’s!

As expected, the meal being served during this Christmassy Meet and Greet with Santa Claus will be one focusing on Italian cuisine. There will also be other holiday activities for Disney Springs Guests and Maria and Enzo’s customers to enjoy when they’re not speaking with good old Saint Nick!

There will also be photographs as souvenirs (no doubt with some special Disney magic added) and plenty of holiday goodies to bring home from your Disney Springs visit.

Patina Restaurant Group Marketing Director Kyle Collins made the following statement about the addition of this new Christmas event: “This holiday season, we couldn’t be more excited to be bringing a beloved yuletide tradition to Maria and Enzo’s with our first annual Breakfast with Santa. Families will delight in the spirit of the season and create memories that will last a lifetime.”

The Patina Restaurant Group includes several Disney restaurants other than Maria and Enzo’s, such as Morimoto Asia, The Edison, Space 220, and several dining establishments within EPCOT’s Italy Pavilion.

If you are an adult partaking in this special event, you will be able to enjoy a free mimosa (imbued with Prosecco) during the event. There are two different categories when it comes to reservations for the Breakfast with Santa packages (which are open now): platinum seating and gold seating. If you are in the platinum category, you’ll get a better view of Lake Buena Vista and you’ll get to meet Santa Claus before the other restaurant customers!
This experience lasts an hour and a half, and costs a minimum of $30 for children and $50 for adults (admission is free for children under two years old). Are you going to be heading to Disney World and Disney Springs for this year’s holiday season, and scheduling a special meeting with Santa?
