Universal United Kingdom Resort isn't set to open until 2031, and while the destination has yet to reveal a single themed land, speculation has already begun.
Rumors have linked the park to franchises such as James Bond, Paddington, Back to the Future, and The Lord of the Rings, though none have been officially confirmed.
But could another iconic property eventually join them?
The TMNT Franchise Is Expanding
Recent moves by Paramount suggest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is becoming a bigger priority than ever. The company recently opened a TMNT-themed pizzeria on Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade in Los Angeles, with additional locations planned for later this year, while Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Live on Stage! is set to premiere in 2027.
The franchise has also expanded with The Last Ronin: A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Novel, the first adult prose novel based on the characters.
With the brand continuing to grow across live experiences, publishing, games, television, and film, a major theme park presence no longer feels out of the question.

The Turtles have appeared in parks before, including at Disney World's then-Disney-MGM Studios in the early to mid '90s and through current attractions at Nickelodeon destinations.
However, there's still no large-scale land or attraction dedicated to the classic animated series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987–1996).
The recent pizzerias embrace that colorful era of the franchise, making it easy to picture a similar approach in a theme park. A sewer-themed adventure filled with animatronics, interactive experiences, themed dining, and appearances from the Ninja Turtles, Splinter, Shredder, Casey Jones, and April O'Neil would certainly be one way to bring that world to life.
