10 Dining Experiences You’ll Love In Epcot’s World Showcase

4. Japanese-style eating and entertainment

The overall dining experience to be had at Japan’s Teppan Edo treats diners to two things in one—the tantalizing tastes of traditional Japanese cuisine and culinary entertainment at its finest. As is the custom with authentic teppanyaki cooking, each dining party has their own table complete with an open skillet where a masterfully trained chef comes out and prepares the meal right onsite. From skillful knife welding, chopping, and other antics, the live performance delivered by the chefs during the meal preparation is considered one of the best displays of improvised entertainment you can expect to find included in any dinner show. And even after the prep performance ends your taste buds are in for enduring entertainment from the tastes of classic Japanese favorites. Guests 21 years of age and older can even pair their meals with a range of Japanese wine, beer, and sake offerings. Then top off your meal with a delicious dessert from different mousse cake offerings or soft-serve ice cream.
