12. This Delicious Restaurant is Reasonably Priced
With dinner ranging from thirty-five to fifty-nine dollars and breakfast ranging from fifteen to thirty-four dollars for adults depending on the season most would say the restaurant is a good value for families. Considering that the price includes bottomless entrees, dessert and drinks Ohana is a great Disney value.
11. Ohana is a Great Restaurant for Walt Disney World Newbies.
I love referring Disney newbies to Ohana because they are consistently amazed. The great atmosphere, food value and location pleases even the pickiest of guests. The serving style is especially great for families with young children that prefer to enjoy the bottomless style of a buffet without wrangling their child in a Disney buffet line.
10. Guests Have the Opportunity to Explore the Gorgeous Polynesian Village Resort.
Disney’s Polynesian Village is simply full of charm and Disney history. This incredible resort was built along with the rest of Walt Disney Work in 1971 and has been pleasing guests since then. Arriving at a reservation early to walk around the resort, relax on the beach of Seven Seas Lagoon or have a drink in Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto makes a trip to Ohana even more fun.
9. You Can Visit During Breakfast or Dinner to Enjoy Different Dining Experiences.
Depending on a guests’ schedule, budget and preference they can choose to visit Ohana for breakfast or for dinner. Breakfast features home style favorites like Mickey waffles, fried potatoes, scrambled eggs and fruit. Dinner guests dine on Hawaiian sweet bread, chicken wings, Polynesian pot stickers, a variety of grilled meat and shrimp, sides and dessert.
8. Meals Have a Hearty Dose of Fun at Ohana.
There is an abundance of fun to go along with the abundance of food at Ohana. Breakfast guests enjoy meeting Lilo and Stitch for photos and autographs at the Ohana character breakfast. These two Hawaiian Disney favorites visit guest tables and delight Disney movie fans. Dinner diners will enjoy upbeat sounds of ukulele serenades as the savor the Polynesian cuisine. Kids will be excited to be a part of the coconut race around the dining room and earn their very own flower lei for participation. Guests are greeted at the hostess stand by their server for the evening that explains Ohana means family, everyone at Ohana is a cousin.
7. Food Is Cooked Over an Amazing Wood Fire Grill.
Ohana is a carnivore’s dream. Steak, chicken and shrimp are slow roasted over an open wood flame and delivered to guests on long skewers. Guests are welcome to eat their fill as cousins (servers) rotate around the dining room refilling empty plates with fresh hot food. Try all the meats with different dipping sauces to decide on your favorite combo.
6. All the Delicious Food is Bottomless.
The cousins at Ohana do an incredible job following up to ensure guest’s plates and drinks are overflowing. You need not feel shy about asking for seconds (or thirds) of any dish at Ohana. Any server is happy to supply refills for your party.
5. The Tropical Flair and Food is Unmatched.
The food quality at Ohana is incredible. All the dishes are fresh, made to order, served with beautiful presentation and arrive at your table quickly. The gorgeous dining room surrounded with Tiki wall décor, Polynesian boat oars and totems enhance the ambiance and add to the fun factor for kids and adults alike. The meal begins with a loaf of pineapple coconut bread and a fresh green salad drizzled with a fruity Lilioki dressing. The pomegranate lemonade is one of my favorite things on the menu at Ohana, this fresh and fruity drink is perfect after a hot day in the park.
4. The Appetizers are as Delicious as the Main Course.
The pork dumplings and honey-coriander chicken wings that kick off the meal are a crowd favorite. A Hawaiian sweet and sour sauce and peanut sauce accompany the appetizers for dipping. These appetizers are so delicious you will want to make a meal out of them alone. Make sure you save room for all the food yet to come!
3. Noodle Fans Will be in Heaven Enjoying the Polynesian Noodles.
Noodle fans will love the teriyaki glazed sweet noodles and stir fried vegetables that accompany the main course. These fresh and light sides make the main course absolutely perfect. Enjoying the grilled shrimp with noodles and peanut sauce is incredible. The noodle nuts in my family have never experienced such a delicious noodle dish like this outside Ohana.
2. You Cannot Enjoy Delicious Bread Pudding Like Ohana Serves Anywhere Else.
If you have somehow saved room for dessert Ohana has a great one in store. Warm Hawaiian bread pudding and vanilla ice cream smothered in hot caramel sauce is the perfect culmination for a meal so incredible. Frosting and candy topped chocolate brownie bites are available for kids. Coffee is included in the dining cost so feel free to kick back with some extra caffeine at the end of your meal to recharge and perk up before you hit extra magic hours in the park.

Ohana is a guest favorite because it is such a uniquely Disney experience. Disney dining as a whole is incredible but Ohana and other restaurants at the Polynesian serve food that you truly cannot easily find at restaurants in the real world. Dinner at Ohana followed by a glimpse of the Electrical Water Parade on the banks of Seven Seas Lagoon or views of Wishes Fireworks visible from the restaurant during a late dinner both make the Ohana dining experience even more fun and special.
