CONFIRMED: Iconic Disney Park Ride Closes Indefinitely

A recent rumor about the Indiana Jones Adventure that was making the rounds on Reddit has been confirmed; Guests now can expect the ride to close soon.

Disney fans have had their hands full with multiple new announcements of new movies and releases, as well as closures for refurbishment since the D23 Expo earlier this year and even after that. While last month was a whirlwind of updates, one rumor floated around the internet that had many Disney fans excited at its possibility.

The attraction Indiana Jones Adventure has been rumored for a potential major refurbishment since a Cast Member let it slip last month. It seems that Disney may have finally shared the date for when the attraction will close.

The official Disneyland website for the ride shows times for the attraction through Sunday, November 13. After that, the attraction times are unavailable, meaning the Disney ride will most likely close for possible refurbishment on Monday, November 14. Important to note is that other rides are still open during this time, making it clear it’s just this ride. It’s unclear at this time when it will reopen.

The Southern California Disneyland Resort is home to two iconic Parks: Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. Whichever Theme Park you pick, there are a ton of fun attractions to experience while visiting the area, including (but not limited to) Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain (while it’s open and before it changes into the upcoming Tiana’s Bayou Adventure), Space Mountain, WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, Guardians of the Galaxy: MISSION BREAKOUT, Toy Story Midway Mania!, and many others.
