The wreck appears to have been handled by Disney World’s Reedy Creek Fire Department (RCFD). The number and state of motorists involved remain unclear at this time. The RCFD is just one of the many facets of the Reedy Creek Improvement District that remain in a state of uncertainty after Tallahassee passed legislation terminating Disney’s World’s special district after over 50 years.
