Due to the fact that the show is on hold, Fantasmic! dining packages are also not for sale. Those who pre-booked their packages are being informed of the cancellations. Disney said that it was reaching out to impacted Cast Members and helping them figure out their next steps. This could mean “redeployment” to other parts of the theme parks.

At this time, the exact cause of the fire remains under investigation. During the show, Maleficent’s dragon was supposed to shoot fire. Something went wrong and Maleficent’s head caught fire. Soon, the entire dragon was engulfed in flames. The Anaheim Fire Department was called in to assist in putting the fire out.
