A day in the Disney Parks can be stressful, and Guests can have a tendency to take that stress out on Disney Cast Members. Well, it appears that Guests’ treatment of Cast Members at one Disney Resort has gotten to a point where a sign needs to be put up to remind them.
Shared by @Cave0fWonders, the sign is posted in Disneyland Paris and says:
“BE KIND. Please remember we are here to help.”

Some other Disney fans chimed in the comments.
@AurumPunzel said, “Because we British sadly complain too much, and act like über-Karens in musth. It was bound to elicit such a sign.”

Parce que nous, les Britanniques, nous plaignons malheureusement trop et agissons comme des « über-Karens » dans le brume rouge. Il devait susciter un tel signe.

Although some were less than apologetic.
@CourtierEquit replied (translated to English): “It is a fact that many regard you badly and it is simply inadmissible. Whether they are French or from other fashionable countries I want I paid I can’t do more”
C’est un fait que beaucoup vous considère mal et c’est tout bonnement inadmissible. Qu’ils soient français ou d’autres pays la mode je veux j’ai payé je ne peu plus

Cast Members are highly regarded as crucial magic-making components of every person’s Disney Day, and even more so now at the Disneyland Paris Resort as Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park embrace especially large crowds for the 30th Anniversary Celebration.
On the other side of the Atlantic, however, the situation appears to be different. Guests of the in and the in California are encouraged to leave Cast Compliments either on social media, Disney Guest Relations, or directly on the My Disney Experience mobile app.
A short while ago, Walt Disney World recorded over 100,000 mobile Cast Compliments. That is 100,00 mentions of when a Cast Member helped make a Guest’s experience extra magical. Click below to learn more about how you can leave Cast Compliments:
