In yet another heartwarming tale from the Disney Parks, a transgender Guest shared their story of coming out to the Disney Princesses.
The Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort are among the best destinations in the world for that magical Disney vacation. Guests flock to the Disney Parks to get a chance to see their favorite attractions, go on incredible rides, and meet beloved characters. One of the best parts of going to the Disney Parks are the character meet ‘n’ greets, where Guests can get to meet their heroes and Princesses.
The Disney Parks are particular places where Guests can go to live out a dream, and this story is in that vein. One transgender Guest recently shared on Reddit a video of when they came out to the Disney Princesses at Disneyland Resort, and the result is very sweet.

In the video, you see the Guest sharing their story with the Princesses, and each of them seems incredibly touched and expresses appreciation for the Guest sharing their story. The Princesses each then go on to tell the Guest that she can be whatever she wants to be, whether a Princess, a Queen, or a King, and clearly has a lot of courage and kindness.
Disney Parks characters have noted before one of the best parts of their jobs is interacting with Guests, and this clearly appears to demonstrate that as well.
Some users in the comments expressed an appreciation for the Disney Cast Members as well. u/wraithkelso3117 shared, “Reasons why Disney Characters at the parks are just the best. I can’t tell you how many times a character has been able to brighten my day when on vacation.”
