The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is a vacation ownership program the Walt Disney Company offers.
Disney Vacation Club
It operates on a points system, allowing its members to travel and stay at Disney properties worldwide.
This includes Disney-owned properties, cruises, and other affiliated resorts. Additional benefits of being a DVC owner include exclusive member-only Disney cruises, special lounges at theme parks and resorts, discounts at various Disney Park restaurants, an discount admission to special events, Disney water parks, and more.

Currently, at Walt Disney World Resort, there are two lounges. The first is at the Imagination! Pavilion at EPCOT. It is located on the second floor of the building and is accessible near the exit of Journey into Imagination with Figment.
The second one is the Top of the World Lounge at Bay Lake Tower near Magic Kingdom Park. Both provide special lounges for DVC members.

These lounges provide Disney Vacation Club owners an exclusive oasis during busy park days. The new lounge is expected to contain a variety of amenities, such as comfortable seating areas and/or complimentary refreshments.

It is possible the new lounge could be built near Disney’s Animal Kingdom or Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Although unlikely, maybe it could be in the former Galactic Starcruiser.
It is also worth noting that these DVC lounges are not the same as Annual Passholder lounges. Those are exclusive lounges to ones who hold a Disney Annual Pass.
