A new addition to the Tokyo Disney Resort—Tokyo DisneySea’s Fantasy Springs—boasts a “new world of Disney” not seen anywhere else in the world.

One of the most intriguing ongoing discussions within the passionate  Disney fan community has to do with the perceived disparity in attention received by Disney Parks across the world. Often, US-based Disney fans feel slightly overlooked.

While there are many theories refuting this notion and highlighting the significant focus the Walt Disney Company pays to the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort, there is an exciting development on the horizon: a new development will give one set of Disney Park fans a treat, and it’s not the domestic fans.

One global Disney Park is set to unveil a series of attractions and experiences that will set it apart from any other in the Disney Park repertoire.

As The Asahi Shimbun reported, Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea—due to open on June 6—will feature new and exciting attractions that are not going to be found at any other Disney Park in the world.

With the opening coming up soon, Oriental Land Co., the company that operates Tokyo Disney Resort, shared scaled models of the upcoming attractions and experiences that will be on offer, and everything looks incredible.

At Fantasy Springs, visitors are in for a magical experience like no other. Upon entering the park, guests are welcomed by three enchanting new lands waiting to be explored.

The first of these captivating realms is the Frozen Kingdom, a winter wonderland inspired by the beloved movie Frozen. As guests wander through, they will encounter familiar characters and iconic landmarks from the film, truly immersing themselves in the magic of Arendelle.

Guests can also venture into Rapunzel’s Forest, a lush green expanse that draws inspiration from the enchanting world of Tangled. Here, park-goers can stroll through winding pathways, just like those in Rapunzel’s journey.

But perhaps the most eagerly anticipated of all is Peter Pan’s Never Land, a whimsical land where dreams take flight, and visitors can embark on daring escapades with the Lost Boys and face off against the infamous Captain Hook. This immersive land is a tribute to the timeless tale of Peter Pan, inviting guests to rediscover the joy of never growing up.

Amidst these fantastical lands lies the Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel, seamlessly integrated into the park for the ultimate convenience and luxury.

“We have created a new world of Disney fantasy that we can boast about to the world,” said Yumiko Takano, chair and CEO of Oriental Land Co. “We believe it will be a one-of-a-kind place that attracts global attention.”

Of note for any guests who will choose to visit Fantasy Springs is that along with a Tokyo DisneySea ticket, they will also need a free Standby Pass or the paid Disney Premier Access.

Whatever else is said and done, one thing’s for certain: this new Disney theme park experience will be one like no other.
