The Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort are the ultimate Disney vacation spots. Whether it’s enjoying the enchanting grounds of Magic Kingdom Park or exploring the wild wonders of Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World, or embarking on an unforgettable journey through Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park at Disneyland Resort, there are always many thrills and enchantments awaiting Guests at every turn. However, as any Disney Fanatic would be well versed with, many times, attractions and rides have to shut temporarily (or occasionally, rethemed permanently) for refurbishment.

Fantasyland, Disneyland
Located in the original Disney Theme Park, as well as other Parks worldwide, including Walt Disney World, Fantasyland is a beloved land that is inspired by classic fairy tales. The land brings to life iconic stories and characters that have captured the imaginations of both children and adults for decades now. In Disneyland, it’s home to classic attractions like Peter Pan’s Flight, Snow White’s Enchanted Wish, Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio’s Daring Journey, and Dumbo the Flying Elephant.
There are a few Fantasyland attractions that will be closing temporarily this summer, here’s what you need to know to plan your Disney vacation!

Per Disneyland Resort officials, Peter Pan’s Flight, Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, and Alice in Wonderland will all close on June 5 for refurbishment. Each of them will have staggered reopenings.
Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride
The ride will close on June 5 and reopen eleven days later on June 16.
Alice in Wonderland
Like Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, this attraction will also close on June 5 and reopen on June 16.

Peter Pan’s Flight
This attraction will close on June 5, however, no reopening date has been announced as of the publishing of this article. Per Disneyland’s website, the ride will be closed at least through June 21.
Along with these, Disney California Adventure Park’s Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Undersea Adventure will also close for a short three days.
