The Google Maps screenshot attached to the alert places the response at the general Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort address rather than a specific location on the property — consistent with how emergency calls at Walt Disney World Resort hotels are typically tracked. The exact site of the fire within the Disney Resort hotel hasn't been confirmed.

Walt Disney World Resort has not issued any statement about the incident. A public comment from the Central Florida vacation destination is unlikely unless the damage is significant enough to affect guest-facing operations at the Moderate Disney Resort hotel.

What Guests Should Expect

For anyone currently staying at or heading to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, no disruptions to hotel amenities, dining, or transportation have been reported. The My Disney Experience app shows normal operations across the EPCOT Resort area hotel's guest-facing offerings.

The Disney Skyliner may have experienced a separate pause earlier in the evening due to inclement weather in the area — unrelated to the fire report.

As always, guests who encounter any emergency response during a Walt Disney World Resort stay should follow all instructions from cast members and authorities on the scene and give the affected area appropriate space.
